Responsibilities
- Coaching and development skills with the ability to organize activities for a productive team and lead effectively with time and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex information, create insights, communicate recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
- 3+ years in a management / leadership role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Excel
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel
- 3+ years of progressively responsible managerial experience in medical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease process

- Conduct regular staff meetings and perform annual performance reviews
