About the role
- As a core member of our operations group, you will work across multiple client environments, implementing, maintaining, and supporting cloud infrastructure and services.
- This is a hybrid position that may require periodic travel to customer facilities.
- Automate routine operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and security components for multiple clients.
- Support cloud migrations, new implementations, system upgrades, and integrations, working closely with project teams and client contacts.
- Maintain detailed environment documentation, change logs, and knowledge base articles for all assigned clients.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and NOC teams to deliver excellent, consistent support for all managed cloud services customers.
Requirements
- Candidate must be within commuting distance of Columbia, SC.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as required.
- Required Skills & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
