About the role

  • This is a highly hands-on position ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, working closely with customers, and owning projects from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their processes, challenges, and business needs.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites and improve solutions based on real-world feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch full-stack software solutions from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive projects forward.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, LLMs, or automation technologies.
  • Fintech, banking, or other regulated industry experience.
  • Previous customer-facing engineering experience.

Skills

  • Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems, APIs, databases, and system architecture.

Compensation
