About the role
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and Manufacturing Plans to assemble composite and sheet metal components.
- Bond various materials such as composites, metals, and laminates, for assemblies, parts, components, and structures.
- Align components and sub-assemblies on jigs and fixtures.
Requirements
- Depending on state law and the nature of the position, candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment may be required to complete a drug screening.
Nice to have
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints.
- Experience working with mylar overlays.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in composites and/or sheet metal assembly
- Experience/ expertise using drill motors, rivet guns, die grinders, cleco pliers, countersink cages, and standard hand tools and measurement equipment including calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of aircraft hardware, materials, and processes
- Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred

Compensation
- The hourly range for this position falls within $26 and $32.
- The final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and other factors permitted by law.
