About the role
- This role is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and performing testing procedures associated with radio communication racks and supporting subassemblies.
- Work is reviewed for technical adequacy and conformity with instructions.
- Work is performed in a production and fabrication environment supporting rack assembly and shipment operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform both mechanical hardware assembly and electronic assembly associated with rack builds
- Perform drilling, soldering, and electrical assembly activities
- Perform quality checks of assemblies to ensure proper function and compliance with specifications
- Production Support
- Support material handling, movement, and storage of rack systems and components
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
