- Role Summary The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional product development and commercialization projects across Greentank's Cannabis portfolio.
- This position offers the opportunity to develop project management expertise while contributing to innovative product launches in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Role Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Support product development and commercialization projects from concept through launch and post-launch activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and support timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables align with stage-gate requirements.
- Support a culture of accountability, organization, and execution excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams to support project execution.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
