Responsibilities
- Support and lead workplace research projects from scoping through reporting, including literature reviews, research design, data collection, analysis and synthesis of findings
- Develop and evaluate workplace assessments, surveys, interview guides and research items, including measurement analyses, item review and technical documentation
- For decades, Gallup has helped organizations answer some of the most important questions about work: What drives employee engagement?
- How do organizations build thriving cultures?
