  • The Legal Services Manager is a member of SEI's Legal & Compliance Department and provides legal services in support of SEI's market units and corporate entities.
  • The role supports legal matters related to the provision of accounting, administration, and distribution services to registered investment products, including mutual funds, exchange‑traded funds, closed‑end funds, and collective investment trusts as well as support for SEI's corporate governance activities.
