About the role
- The Hospitality team is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Hospitality Specialist.
- Hospitality staff are responsible for the general operations of office pantries and the staff dining room that serves 400 + staff on a daily basis.
- This is a full-time position, and the Hospitality operational hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- As part of our mission, we support partners, programs, and initiatives that seek to broaden the scientific community and open pathways to science and mathematics careers.
Requirements
- Position requires the ability to work well with others in a large team setting, demonstrates poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Must have familiarity with Google suite for email, computer (Microsoft Word, Excel), and phone communication skills
Skills
- Related Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and systems such as iOffice and Trilby
Compensation
- The compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $25 per hour
