About the role
- The Director, Technology & Product, Project Integration is a strategic, execution-focused leader accountable for delivering the T&P People Experiences 2026 agenda.
- Responsible for being a thought leader with a mastery of program management skills.
- Participates in key planning milestones.
Responsibilities
- Drive Integration & Execution
- Lead end-to-end integration of key initiatives, transforming how T&P People Experience operates globally
- Manage cross-workstream integration, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
- Define and implement program governance, milestones, and reporting
- Act as an extension of leadership to drive coordination, alignment, and execution
- Provide strategic planning and orchestration support to SLT and executive leaders
- Lead preparation for key forums (e.g., business reviews, leadership meetings, enterprise events)
Requirements
- Provide consistent visibility into risks, blockers, and required decisions
- Identifies, confirms and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams.
- Facilitates and drives the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
