About the role
- Scopely is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our unannounced project in the US or Canada remotely or in Culver City in a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
- Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

- Market Experience: Previous experience developing, launching and live operating RPGs in mobile.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated: Skilled at leading multiple cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and creating an environment that drives engagement, growth, and results.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal, proactive team member; communicate complex ideas clearly; and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
- Product Expertise: Extensive experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- User experience knowledge: understanding of player behavior and user experience, with the ability to connect player needs to product and company goals.
Skills
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Bonus Points
- Live Operation Experience: previous working experience with live softwares.
- Genre Experience: precious experience in either 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
- Bachelor Degree in Video Game Design and Development
