About the role
- At Windcave Limited, we are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team in our Lexington Ave, New York office.
- This is a full-time role and you will be responsible for managing and mitigating the various risks that our organization faces, ensuring we remain compliant and secure within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across the organization, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and policies to minimize the impact of risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed a strong risk management culture throughout the business
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and mentor a team of risk professionals
- We support a wide range of industries, including retail, finance, hospitality, and more, with operations all over the globe.
Requirements
- Significant experience (8+ years) in a similar risk management role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation techniques
Compensation
- Salary is $135,000 USD per annum
