In this role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
Develops, advises, and recommends long term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
Champion & support mobile digital applications (i.e. Poka, SchedulePro)
Drive continuous improvement and change management within their system(s) of responsibility to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the organization.
Analyzes the data structure, calculations, and workflow within their major plant systems to leverage, integrate, and optimize systems and people across the supply chain.
Provide analytical support for the data contained within and generated by the respective manufacturing system.
Site lead for deployment of MES and SMOM (Smart Manufacturing Operations Management) system, ensuring the success by providing technical expertise and effective facilitation of the process.
Develop and maintain data flows into MES (manual entries, PLC inputs, etc.) for generating information (reports, dashboards etc.)
Support development and implementation of plans/programs for sustaining the long-term growth of MES to meet sector objectives.
Collaborate and/or solves complex manufacturing issues and provides digital solutions within the facility.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, ITS or related field from an accredited college or university
At least 7 years or more of relevant professional experience with 3 years or more with systems support and development
Possess or demonstrate ability to learn statistical/analytical

Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as SAP ERP, MES, etc.
Work collaboratively and effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Regression, Statistical Process Control, Financial Analysis, Analytical Modeling, and Industrial Process Analytics
