About the role

  • While primarily focused on supporting our distributors, this role may occasionally involve quoting customers directly.
  • This role would reside in one of our ITT offices in Houston, TX; Colfax, North Carolina; or Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • This position is essential for ensuring our municipal reps have the resources and expertise needed to deliver exceptional solutions and drive sales growth in the municipal market.
  • This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic sales efforts and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
  • Process and manage orders, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Participate in sales calls and pre-award meetings to support strategy and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customer contacts.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with generating technical quotations and processing customer orders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and pump selection software Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ Years experience with rotating equipment, preferably centrifugal pumps.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the municipal water/wastewater market

Compensation

  • The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Equal Pay Act Range Between 100,100.00 and 130,000.00, depending on location and experience level.
  • Following the acquisition of SPX FLOW, the company is expected to generate $5.4 billion in annual revenue.
