Requirements
- We invite you to come as you are.
- 12+ years of Medical Affairs, scientific communications, or medical operations experience, ideally with small‑biotech exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to build Medical Affairs capabilities, systems, or processes from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of insights, medical information, analytics, digital medical tools, scientific communications, and MLR/PRC.
- Comfortable operating in a lean environment with shifting priorities and limited infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, cross‑functional leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation
- The salary range for the Vice President, Integrated Medical Capabilities is expected to be between $330,000 and $375,000 per year.
