Compensation
- Hourly Pay: From $40/hour Schedule: Per Diem Our Benefits Package for PRN (one of the most robust in the region): 401(k) with employer match.
- Accrue paid time off on an annual basis Increased pay for working on one of 8 holidays.
- Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (emergency, critical care, acute care, or EMS preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
- Passion for innovative, patient-centered care beyond the traditional hospital system.
