About the role

  • InPwr, Inc. is looking for a Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team!

  • This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to coach/coach-up craft workers without creating conflict
  • Ability to walk large job sites daily, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check/drug screen
  • Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2-3 years of construction field safety experience (commercial, industrial, or electrical projects preferred)
  • Preferred (but not required) Certifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
