About the role

- This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to coach/coach-up craft workers without creating conflict
- Ability to walk large job sites daily, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check/drug screen
- Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
Nice to have
- Minimum 2-3 years of construction field safety experience (commercial, industrial, or electrical projects preferred)
- Preferred (but not required) Certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
