Requirements

Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks.
Ability to diagnose issues and identify solutions to maintenance problems.
Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Experience using hand and electrical tools.
Ability to be on foot for long periods, up to 90% of day.
Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs from time to time.

What you'll be responsible for: As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll focus on routine maintenance tasks, preventative care, and responding to basic repair requests.
You'll help keep the property in excellent condition by handling minor repairs, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with larger projects under supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform basic repairs such as light bulb replacement, unclogging drains, patching walls, and minor carpentry or painting tasks.
Assist with routine inspections of equipment (e.g., HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures, safety devices) and report issues promptly.
Support outdoor upkeep, including light landscaping, snow removal, or debris cleanup.
Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time.
Follow safety procedures when using tools, equipment, and chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and storage spaces.
Provide courteous and timely responses to guest and staff requests.
