Responsibilities

  • This role analyzes financial performance, identifies trends and variances, and provides data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • The Financial Analyst works closely with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and improve financial processes.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting experience.
  • Experience performing detailed variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Experience supporting operational leaders with financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, look-ups, financial models, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software.
