About the role

Requirements
- Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system
- Provide direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members for areas of Workday expertise
- SME knowledge of HR business processes
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the following -

- Company Description
- New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware, and Maryland govt. agencies.
- Having hands-on experience in Recruiting and Onboarding
- Having experience in Greenhouse App
- Worked with greenhouse and WorkDay recruit
- Good Communication Skills
