About the role
- Ensures projects are completed in a safe and reliable manner, within ±5% of approved cost estimates, on schedule, and without significant regulatory notices, violations, or citations
- Communicates project status, risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with project controls, inspectors, engineering, land services, and operations to resolve issues and manage dependencies
- Applies local operations input into project planning and execution to support seamless turnover and long‑term operability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience (minimum 9 years total experience )
- 5+ years of experience managing construction‑related projects
- 3+ years of experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience working directly with pipeline construction contractor
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal operating and construction codes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (PMI)
- Experience supporting large, complex, or high‑visibility infrastructure projects
