About the role

- This leader will oversee nursing operations across multiple ambulatory practice sites, mentor nurse supervisors, strengthen clinical operational accountability, and provide leadership stability until incumbents planned returns.
- This assignment is anticipated to last 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Directly support, mentor, coach, and develop nurse supervisors and frontline leaders.
- Manage time and attendance standards, staffing accountability, productivity, and workforce management processes.
- Partner with clinical, operational, physician, and human resource leaders to address challenges and improve effectiveness.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve consistency and performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and transition planning activities.
- Working primarily in our Norwell location, this individual will support ambulatory practices currently affected by leadership absence.
- The assignment is intended to maintain operations supporting approximately 135 staff and 94 FTEs across multiple sites.
- Conduct leadership rounding and maintain a visible presence across practice locations.
Compensation
- $162,400.00 - $235,500.00
