Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and operations leadership to execute a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot emergency issues and identify complex maintenance and facilities issues, coordinate resources to provide necessary vendor support
- Inspect general interior and exterior building/equipment conditions
- perform simple repairs, replacements, maintenance on basic parts in order to maintain the high standards of warehouse condition/appearance
- Perform basic painting/touching up of interior/exterior doors, office, walls, trim, etc.

- Perform basic painting/touching up of interior/exterior doors, office, walls, trim, etc.; assist with small in-house projects, or tasks as needed
- Assist sanitation team with responding to maintenance calls by attending to spills, breaks or other accidents to maintain the general upkeep and safety of the facility
Requirements
- 1 or more years' experience with mechanical/technical projects including home improvements, remodeling, general repair work and effective and safe use of power tools
- Must be 18 years or older
Nice to have
- Experience in a handyperson role
- Basic carpentry skills
