About the role
- You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL's warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- At least one year of experience in operations support or a related role is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or above; all majors are welcome. Degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.

Compensation
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual Bonus
