- Summary **2 Schedule options: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily
Requirements
- Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board
- Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
- Master's Degree in Social Work is required
- MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients
- Clinical Social Worker licensure required in the state practicing (both NY & NJ license!!!!)
- NY or NJ Medicaid #
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent short-term counseling skills
