About the role
- Oversee daily field operations, contractor coordination, inspections, and progress tracking.
- Oversee project budgets, change orders, and documentation.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a strong field experience to overseeing multiple high‑impact infrastructure and energy projects in San Bernardino.
- The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex projects, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Experience with CSU systems and solar/energy projects is highly valued but not required.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, field coordination, and contractor management.
Nice to have
- Experience working within CSU (California State University) systems or similar institutional environments.
- Experience in solar, battery storage, microgrid, or energy infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with stormwater systems, civil infrastructure, or insurance‑related reconstruction projects.
- In collaboration with our clients, Cordoba has facilitated the development of several complex and highly visible infrastructure projects throughout California.

Compensation
- $167,000 to $183,000 yearly
