About the role

Oversee daily field operations, contractor coordination, inspections, and progress tracking.
Oversee project budgets, change orders, and documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong field experience to overseeing multiple high‑impact infrastructure and energy projects in San Bernardino.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex projects, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Experience with CSU systems and solar/energy projects is highly valued but not required.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, field coordination, and contractor management.

Experience working within CSU (California State University) systems or similar institutional environments.
Experience in solar, battery storage, microgrid, or energy infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with stormwater systems, civil infrastructure, or insurance‑related reconstruction projects.
