Bachelor's degree with 5 (five) years' experience with an emphasis on engineering, architecture or facility management or 10 (ten) years of hands-on experience without a degree

Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture.
Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
