Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year curriculum roadmaps that support product launches, portfolio expansion, and emerging clinical evidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience to include
- sales/or marketing experience or Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Clinical and sales experience supporting hernia, colorectal, gynecology, urology, bariatric, thoracic or robotic procedures.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Benefits
- Define and maintain curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, learner pathways, and success metrics for healthcare professional education programs.
- Identify and prioritize education gaps through analysis of field insights, learner feedback, and program performance data.
- Lead the creation of standardized, compliant, and reusable educational content, including clinical presentations, case-based learning modules, facilitator guides, and digital learning assets.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, physician faculty, clinical experts, and cross-functional partners to include commercial teams to develop and validate educational curriculum and content.
- Facilitate educational programs for healthcare professionals focused on diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and technology utilization.
- Support physician-led education initiatives, consulting programs, and professional education activities that strengthen engagement with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Participate in scientific meetings, symposia, conferences, and educational programming activities to support procedural and product awareness.
- Experience developing curriculum, training materials, or learning content for healthcare professionals or clinical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with physicians, faculty members, key opinion leaders, or other healthcare stakeholders to support educational initiatives.
- Experience leading projects and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver education or training programs.
