  • One Federal Solution is seeking a Senior Security Adjudicator to join our team in Washington, DC.
  • The Senior Security Adjudicator serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for adjudicating complex, high-risk, and sensitive national security cases, including appeals and exception-based determinations.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in federal adjudicative guidelines and security clearance processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field Demonstrated experience with senior-level adjudications in government or cleared contractor environments.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in personnel security, background investigations, or adjudication Strong independent judgment and ability to make risk-based national security decisions under ambiguity.
  • Proven experience handling appeals, exceptions, and complex cases.
