  • NEW REMOTE Medical Affairs Data/BI Engineer (Remote) Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Medical Affairs Data/BI Engineer (Remote) for our premier client.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that support executive decision-making.
  • Build scalable reporting solutions using existing enterprise data models and semantic layers.
  • Validate data accuracy and collaborate with technical teams to resolve reporting issues when necessary.
  • Optimize Power BI reports for usability, performance, and scalability.
  • Document dashboard calculations, business logic, and reporting standards.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with:

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CRM, or other commercial life sciences platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
