Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage VP calendars, meetings, business travel arrangements, and expenses
  • Partner with operations leadership to craft agendas and logistics for seamless large-scale meetings-tracking content readiness, taking notes, and pushing forward on relevant action items
  • Be a strategic thought partner to the CDO's EA, VPs and their leadership teams, with a focus on design operations, process, and long-term planning
  • Drive outcomes for complex problems across internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events

  • As an Executive Assistant in Design, you'll be responsible for keeping VPs and their pillars organized as we scale for growth.
  • In this role, you'll work directly with your leaders to manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs, partner closely with their leadership teams, and collaborate cross-functionally within the broader Tech Org.
  • As a strategic partner with an eye for identifying gaps, you will drive processes, rhythms, and operate as a trusted partner across various stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Compensation

  • $127,000 - $221,000 USD
  • If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
  • Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
  • For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
  • Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
