Finish Carpenter Department: Construction Operations FLSA Status: Non-exempt full time Position Summary The Lead Finish Carpenter is responsible for leading a team of skilled carpenters while personally performing the highest quality finish carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects. This role combines expert craftsmanship with day-to-day
field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on-schedule, and to exceptional quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced Finish Carpenter who takes pride in precision, leads by example, communicates effectively with project teams, and is committed to delivering outstanding workmanship on every project. As a Lead Finish Carpenter, you'll have the opportunity to lead talented crews, work on rewarding projects, and play an important role in delivering quality work that exceeds client expectations.

This role combines expert craftsmanship with day-to-day field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on-schedule, and to exceptional quality standards.
Essential functions include standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying materials that weigh up to 75 pints, and working in varying weather conditions and confined spaces.
The successful candidate must be able to safely perform all essential job functions while adhering to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
