Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable improvements in capital efficiency, settlement speed, cost optimization, and operational predictability for corporate treasury and finance teams.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Pricing teams to define monetization, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and customers to identify friction points, improve product performance, and accelerate adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery and market analysis across crypto-native companies, payment service providers, global enterprises, and treasury technology partners to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization, evaluate performance, and optimize customer and business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating strategy documents, product requirements, and executive-level recommendations
Requirements
- Additionally, Circle participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
- Experience with corporate treasury workflows, liquidity management, cash management, or treasury management systems such as Kyriba or SAP
Compensation
- $200,000 - $260,000
