About the role
- This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless coordination and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Budgetary Pricing: - Work closely with the sales team to prepare budgetary pricing for projects. - Provide timely and accurate quotations based on project specifications.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess project requirements accurately.
- Create detailed take-offs utilizing project plans and specifications.
- Maintain a comprehensive warranty tracking system.
- Communicate with logistics and shipping partners to resolve any issues.
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records of project take-offs, budgetary pricing, warranty claims, and shipment details.
- Generate regular reports for the sales team lead, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proactively contribute to the enhancement of sales support procedures.
Requirements

- Must be able to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a workday.
- Must be able to lift 15 - 20 lbs.
- Must be able travel via plane or car to events
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Previous Experience in a sales support role
- Detail-Oriented

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products
- Effective time management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
