Responsibilities
- The Senior Analyst, Finance serves as the primary Finance business partner for IT cost centers, providing financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
- The role works closely with department leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify risks and opportunities, manage supplier and labor expenses, and support informed business decisions.
- This role is responsible for developing actionable financial insights, maintaining financial integrity, and driving accountability for operating expense performance across Holland America Line and Seabourn.
