Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of diverse quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the evaluation, management, and growth of new and existing products for areas across the business.
- Support a culture of using data to inform decisions within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with other Analysts to share knowledge and best practices, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements
- You must be able to work an average of three days a week in the office with the team.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Quantitative proficiency, including a solid understanding of basic mathematical and statistical concepts
Nice to have
- Understanding of industry-specific datasets (claims, EHR, etc.) or KPIs
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $49,500 - $66,000 annually.

- Bachelor's degree, technical certification or equivalent experience required in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics, or other relevant area
- A flexible attitude and ability to work independently with limited direction
