About the role

  • You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy.
  • This role involves conducting regular cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, optimizing inventory processes, and supporting data accuracy.
  • Scheduled hours for this 3rd shift position are 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and counts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for inventory control and cycle counting processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production manager to support the team and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Overtime may be required and can be scheduled before and/or after regular weekday shifts, as well as on weekends.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or related roles.
  • Must wear required PPE while in all manufacturing areas.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs over an entire shift.
  • Ability to work in a hot, humid environment when performing sanitation tasks.
  • Ability to use knives to cut open bags and dump 50lb bags at a high frequency.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
