Responsibilities
- Maintain a punch list and track outstanding items
- Take photos, document issues, and follow up on incomplete work
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to unpack, move, and organize equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
Nice to have
- Confirm basic ezyVet functions, templates, permissions, and printing
- Previous veterinary hospital experience is required
- Experience as a veterinary assistant, technician, client service representative, or similar role is preferred
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Comfortable with physical, administrative, and basic technical tasks
- Comfortable traveling and working early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Compensation
- Generous paid time off, up to 120 hours of PTO per year
- The salary range for this role is: $58,000-$65,000.
- This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role.

- What Success Looks Like
- The Launch Operations Associate helps make sure new hospitals are organized, stocked, tested, and ready for the team and clients.
- The right person will notice what needs to be done, keep track of details, work well with others, and communicate quickly when something needs additional support.
- Launch Support
- Receive, unpack, organize, and track equipment and supplies
- Match packing slips to purchase orders and report missing or damaged items
- Stage equipment and supplies in the correct rooms and keep work areas organized
- Coordinate with delivery drivers, vendors, and installers
- Prepare rooms, workstations, and supplies before staff arrive
- Go-Live Support
- Help staff set up and log in
- Answer basic questions about supplies, rooms, and equipment
- Restock supplies and test labels, barcodes, phones, printers, and payment terminals
- Escalate operational issues as they arise
- Existing Hospital Support
- When not assigned to a launch, work regular shifts at existing veterinary hospitals based on staffing and operational needs.
