About the role

Division Specific Information: - This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location.
How Y ou W ill M ake an I mpact: As a Production Technician I, you will manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment.
Production Technician I's will work through the site Technician Training Program.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime as required.
Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment is required including s afety -toed boots ( ASTM F2413-24 ), high visibility gear, safety glasses, cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
Ability to stand and walk for full shift, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks.
Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
No previous work experience required.

Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse.

Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.
Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures.
Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and S afety D ata S heets (SDS).
Follow safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices ( cGMP ) requirements, company operating procedures, and policies.
Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other stations and departments to address quality errors.
Participate in Practical Process I mprovement s (PPI) activities.
Focus on personal development through timely completion of training.
Adhere to schedule to meet department and site goals while maintaining focus on quality of work.
