About the role

  • Division Specific Information: - This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location.
  • How Y ou W ill M ake an I mpact: As a Production Technician I, you will manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment.
  • Production Technician I's will work through the site Technician Training Program.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime as required.
  • Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment is required including s afety -toed boots ( ASTM F2413-24 ), high visibility gear, safety glasses, cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
  • Ability to stand and walk for full shift, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks.
  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
  • No previous work experience required.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse.

Skills

  • Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.
  • Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures.
  • Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and S afety D ata S heets (SDS).
  • Follow safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices ( cGMP ) requirements, company operating procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other stations and departments to address quality errors.
  • Participate in Practical Process I mprovement s (PPI) activities.
  • Focus on personal development through timely completion of training.
  • Adhere to schedule to meet department and site goals while maintaining focus on quality of work.
