Responsibilities

  • The ROD will develop market growth strategy, drive business and clinical outcomes, and serve as a key member of the leadership team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare management experience, including multi-site operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees of diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of marketing, communications, insurance contracting, and billing practices in healthcare.
  • Travel to our other urgent care offices and on-site office presence required.

Nice to have

  • Streamline processes, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate provider schedule and backup system to minimize clinical care disruptions.
  • Oversee vendor and inventory management
  • Ensure sites are compliant with accrediting body standards and facilities mock inspections.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • preferred master's degree or clinical equivalent.
  • Prior P&L management experience, strong financial expertise and analytical skills are essential.
  • Quality/process improvement experience preferred.

Compensation

  • $130,000 - $180,000
  • The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
  • We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
