Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
  • A well-established network within the tech industry and a passion for building new connections.
