About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the full deployment lifecycle, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go-live
- Translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions that create measurable impact
- Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect the customer's full tech stack
- Partner closely with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure every deployment creates lasting value
- you think clearly, communicate simply, and deliver solutions that drive real results
- you take initiative, learn fast, and maintain momentum in ambiguous situations
Requirements
- You are continuously expanding your technical and commercial skill set, with your comfort zone constantly growing
- You are actively contributing to the playbook and frameworks that raise the standard for the entire Technical Deployment team
- You are growing into broader responsibilities across product, operations, or leadership, shaping how the world's most customer-centric companies scale
Nice to have
- You've spent 3-5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, implementation, RevOps, or a fast-growth SaaS company, where clear thinking and technical problem-solving were the norm.
- You combine curiosity with discipline and have a track record of turning complexity into clarity.
- Experience across data, integrations, or automation is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
