About the role
- KaiPod Learning is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Software Product Manager to help scale the development and delivery of our software platform.
- This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, ensuring that product initiatives move efficiently from idea to launch while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and alignment across teams.
- The ideal candidate is equal parts product manager and product operations expert.
Responsibilities
- First, we partner with exceptional educators to help them start their own microschools.
- Own the Newton metrics dashboard & report on product adoption and usage trends.
- Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.
- Customer Onboarding & Support Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of new features.
- Triage inbound customer support tickets and partner with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You anticipate challenges before they become problems, maintain a high standard of quality in your work, and take ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.
- You thrive in bringing structure to complex and ambiguous situations and enjoy building systems and processes that help teams operate more efficiently.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
