About the role
- Assist the program office front office team in facility management of a secure space.
- This position is located in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Support the program office awards recognition program.
- Assist the team with researching acquisition policy, interacting with various functional teams in an IPT environment, and supporting acquisition documentation and presentations in support of program decisions and milestone reviews.
- Support the facilitation of meetings and briefings on behalf of the client and organize and execute client meetings as needed.
- Support the clients with day-to-day tasking, including meeting setup, meeting operation, and meeting minutes.
- Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support.

- The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
