About the role

Responsibilities

  • Program Activation Management: Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of brand activation for owned and sponsored experiential campaigns.
  • Asset Management: Develop comprehensive activation toolkits-inclusive of social, digital, and experiential assets-to ensure brand alignment and operational readiness for Issuers.
  • Program Communications: Synthesize global strategies and consumer insights into actionable marketing briefs that drive consistency across all activation markets.
  • establish KPIs, lead operational reviews, and track performance to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Communications Strategy: Collaborate with International Comms to deploy pre- and post-campaign plans that amplify engagement and leverage post-event analysis for future insights.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Conduct deep-dive analyses of post-activation metrics to maintain reporting on global campaign effectiveness.
  • Global Agency Coordination: Liaison with a diverse roster of creative, media, PR, and event agencies across international regions; establish KPIs, lead operational reviews, and track performance to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, including at least 2 years of external agency liaison management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand relationship management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sponsorships, experiential marketing, or event planning.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • You have big ideas and know the best ones are driven by proof, persistence and patience.
  • You know how to enjoy yourself.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management at an agency or on an in-house creative team.
  • Experience in verbal and written communication with a focus on active listening and negotiation.
  • Experience utilizing analytical tools and reporting data to distill insights and opportunities

  • Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
  • Chicago, IL: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Associate, Brand
  • McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Associate, Brand
