- Position Summary This role supports the Medical Director of Provider Performance by providing structured chart review, documentation support, and provider education to advance high-quality, value-based care.
- This is a non-patient-facing role focused on retrospective and concurrent chart review, documentation support, education, and program development rather than direct clinical care.
- Support the development and delivery of provider education sessions to strengthen clinical reasoning, documentation quality, and value-based care practices.
- Create, update, and maintain educational materials and clinical learning resources for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to support ongoing professional development.
- Assist in the development of clinical tools, workflows, and learning resources to support provider performance and clinical quality improvement.
- Perform additional duties related to clinical education, documentation support, and provider development as assigned to support organizational goals.
