Responsibilities

  • Own the FI/CO workstream across design, configuration validation, testing, and go-live. Hold the SI accountable and challenge decisions that don't serve the business.
  • Lead Project Accounting & Revenue Recognition including WBS structures, POC logic, IFRS 15 alignment, WIP accounting, and PS/FI/CO integration.
  • Drive core FI/CO configuration across Universal Journal, New GL, AP/AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA/PCA, Internal Orders, and financial close processes.
  • Validate finance data migration through SIT, UAT, cutover, and first close cycles.
  • 8-12 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and solution design.
  • Proven ability to operate as the sole or lead FI/CO resource, owning design decisions and managing SI pushback.
  • Big 4 or SAP partner client-facing delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in project-driven industries (construction, engineering, oil & gas, professional services) with real POC revenue recognition and WBS-based cost collection.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/IS
  • English is mandatory, French proficiency is an advantage in our Montreal environment.

  • Ce poste suit un mode de travail hybride basé au bureau de Montréal.
