This position will supervise Technicians/Technologists within the Mineralogy department.

Work closely with Technologists and Project Managers to develop new laboratory methods in response to client/market needs.
Monitor and maintain laboratory QC standards.
Work closely with other Supervisors, Group Leaders, and /or Group Managers to design, coordinate, and execute training programs that are consistent with management objectives and personnel development.
Develop and maintains good relationships with clients including identifying and addressing in a timely fashion their needs.

$70,000 to $80,000 per year / 40 hours per week.
