Document findings and present them succinctly to a wide-ranging audience.
Perform process and capability studies to ensure that key parameters are identified, monitored, and controlled.
Analyze data using sound statistical methodology (SPC) to drive process, efficiency, and quality improvements
Conduct root cause analysis of process discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions
Help develop, own and sustain the Dry Etch process and related manufacturing processes in coordination with process development and manufacturing partners.
You will ensure the process has high process capability and designed for High Volume Semiconductor manufacturing.

5+ years of experience in a semiconductor environment, specifically within dielectric etch and/or metal etch.
Experience with 200mm Applied Materials platform is a plus!

Establish relationships across various departments to drive cohesive learning and cross functional problem solving
Collaborate with maintenance and equipment engineering to drive tool/chamber matching initiatives and develop enhanced tool health monitoring techniques using fault detection and classification (FDC)
shift coverage based on production needs.

Own and sustain the Dry Etch process area or a part thereof along with other department engineers and technicians as part of a 24*7 High Volume Silicon Carbide Wafer Fab.
