About the role

- Join our hiring team at one of our upcoming in-person events for the opportunity to interview on-site for our Case Manager role.
- Available Start Dates: Successful candidates will begin employment on September 14, 2026 or October 12, 2026, depending on candidate preference and completion of pre-employment process.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning process and develop the Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) for assigned Consumers and oversee the implementation of the IPP/IFSP. Monitor and evaluate the services provided through the plan.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of the Consumers plan which may include identifying natural supports and generic services and evaluating when a need exists that can only be met through RCEB authorized funding.
- Implement RCEB policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Maintain all documentation and contacts as required by law, regulation and policy.
Nice to have
- BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field and 1 year similar experience.
- OR B.A. in an unrelated human services field plus 4 years of experience working directly with the developmentally disabled.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Automobile and valid driver's license required.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field.
Compensation
- All hires without prior Regional Center experience are required to start at the beginning of their salary range.
- $68,160.82 - $100,704.50 Annual
- $70,886.40 - $104,731.64 Annual
- RCEB provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordinates community-based services for over 25,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
